Mauritania head coach Amir Abdou has announced a 26-player squad for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Egypt.
The matches will be played in Cairo on October 7th and in Nouakchott on October 11th.
Mauritania currently sits in the group standings, while Egypt is leading the group.
The Mauritanian squad includes several experienced players, such as Aboubakar Kamara and Aboubakary Koita.
The team will be aiming to secure positive results against Egypt to improve their chances of qualifying for the 2025 AFCON tournament.
