Football Kenya Federation (FKF) just got a big win! The Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT) threw out a case against the FKF officials, shutting down a sports journalist’s attempt to get them in trouble.
The journalist, Milton Nyakundi, was upset that FKF was still running things and getting money even after the government disbanded them.
He argued that the government had the right to do this, but the SDT didn’t agree.
The ruling comes right before a big FKF meeting on August 24th. At this meeting, they’ll be talking about a lot of important stuff, like who will be in charge of the elections for the FKF.
